All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. If you encounter an issue or have a question about your order, please reach out via DM on instagram (prismaticslimes_) or through email (prismaticslimes@gmail.com). 

 

IMPORTANT: I am responsible for safely packing your order and making sure it gets to the post office. Once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS, it is completely out of my control. All packages are insured - please reach out to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex) with questions or to file a claim about a missing or damaged package. 

-All slimes are packaged in sealed bubble bags and then packed securely in a box with other packing materials. Bubble bags help prevent damage, and in the rare case of a leak, they will contain the leaked slime so that it does not dry out or get on anything else and make a mess :)

 

-As borax no longer automatically comes with orders, please add the "borax" listing (free) to your cart if needed!

-Limit of 2 for any single item. If you purchase more than 2 of something, I will kindly refund you for the extra items. Please email for larger quantities.

 

-Combined orders will go out after those who placed one order. Shipping overages will be refunded except for a $0.75 fee per extra order combined, due to the extra time and work it takes to combine.

 

*Scent and scent strength are subjective. Scent blends get stronger and evolve AS you play with the slime, while  cold temperatures suppress the scents. Please allow slimes to warm up to room temperature and play with them to experience the intended scent blends*

 

-I purchase shipping labels after each order is packed and weighed. You may likely see your order go from placed (with no update), to ready to ship and in transit within a 48 hour period

*Batches/textures will be very close, but may not be identical to previous releases - even with measurements. Supplies used, even though the same, may vary from batch to batch*
