new-year-new-slime-1
New Year, New Slime

🥂 New Year, New Slime 🥂

✨ NYNS is a milky clear with gold star button beads and black mini block beads! You can choose from two scent blends: 1) confetti cake & cake batter 2) champagne toast, prosecco, peach, raspberry.

✨ I thought both scent options were fitting as the New Year is usually a time of celebration. The first option, the confetti cake blend, smells delectable. It is sweet, gourmand, and makes me want to eat the slime (please never eat slime). If you like sweet/bakery/gourmand scents, you truly can't go wrong with this one. The second option is a blend of champagne toast, prosecco, peach, and a little raspberry. It's bubbly, effervescent, and fruity. I would say that the notes are pretty accurately listed in order of strength, with it being champagne & prosecco forward, followed by peach, and then a bit of raspberry.

✨ The milky clear base (a bit cold and OA here, but no fall out) has some pretty pearlescent pigment in it, along with black, white, and iridescent glitters. It's thick, holdable, smooth, glossy, and about half packed between the star button beads and mini block beads. It makes sharp, snappy pops that evolve in sound as you inflate it into a crackle machine. Also comes with some rhinestones and a mini champagne (or sparkling grape juice!) bottle to top it off.

✨ While the star beads themselves aren't particularly pokey, the mini block beads might be abrasive to some people. If you typically struggle with mini block beads, this might be a bit painful for your hands. Anne and I both have semi-tofu hands and she found it to be a bit ouchie, while I was on the fence. I enjoyed playing with it but I didn't want to squeeze it with ALL my might as I do think that could have been unpleasant for my hands 🤣 Anne also noted that this slime was "nontacky with minimal residue (only when inflated), no fallout!"

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0748/9558/9691/files/A4806FE9-4486-421B-895A-238875E6FC0F.jpg?v=1769645939
